Prices Include: round trip air transportation from Belize City to the San Pedro, Boat transfer from the airstrip to the lodge, choice of all menu items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, cabana lodging, guided fishing each day ( for fishing packages), unlimited use of all amenities of the resort. All prices are based on Double occupancy for the room and the daily fishing trips except where noted. Prices quoted are in US dollars
Prices do not include: alcoholic beverages, sodas or a tip for your guide and waitstaff.

*The price for two people sharing a room with only one person fishing is the same as the price when two people are fishing.  The boat and the guide cost the same whether two people are on board or 1 is on board.  This is a common dilemma when couples visit and one fishes and the other does not. If two couples travel together and each couple has one person to fish then you could take advantage by buying 2, at the 2 person to a room, non fishing rate and 2 at the 2 person per room, 2 person fishing rate.

Salamander is very remote so a meal plan is needed so no options there. The most common request is for people who want to fish on their own without a guide for a few (or all) of the days. The fishing is very good right near the lodge so many people take this option. For instance: say you and your wife want to fish with a guide 3 days out of the week rather than 6 days. To calculate this take the non fishing price and then add $408 per day for each day you want a guide.  (We have to pay the guides a great deal extra to #1 get the best guides and #2 reimburse them for the extra gas they use to get out to Salamander)   So a 7 night trip with 3 days fishing would be:

Take 2 , 7 nights-2 to a room non fishing package above @ $1114/person= $2228 total for the 2 of you. Then add 3 days of fishing @ $408/day - ($1224) which then totals $3452  for both of you, or $1726 per person.

Diving - 2 tanks : $90/day/person
Sailing/Snorkeling Excursions: $55/day/person
Many other excursions range between $25 and $200

Payment and Refund Policy

A 10% deposit is required if you are booking more than 6 months in advance,  50% deposit is required when less than 6 months  until departure date with the balance due 60 days prior to departure. If you are forced to cancel with more than 60 days notice, you may keep full credit towards another trip or receive a refund less a 10% service charge. Deposits on cancellations with less than 60 days notice are not refundable unless your spot can be filled. MC, Visa, and checks are accepted. We recommend travel and or medical emergency insurance for all our trips.
